Residents are the focus of everything management and staff do. The quality of management and staff is integral to achieving aims and management and staff believe in supporting their excellent work.
Management and staff see Murray House as part of the wider community and accept our responsibilities to the ecological, social and economic environment. The quality system is based on residents’ current and changing needs, wants and expectations. Management and staff have effective systems for the identification of comments and complaints and provide feedback and information on all plans and improvements to residents through regular meetings and informal discussions. All of the care and services delivered to residents are planned, measured and evaluated using a “best practice” quality system model.
Quality and customer service are our priority – this is non-negotiable. Management and staff aim to continually improve the care and services provided to residents.
