Personal Legal Matters
Resident representatives will need to ensure that prior to admission residents must finalise a Will, Power of Attorney and Medical Power of Attorney. In the situation where residents are unable to manage their affairs and do not have someone designated in this role, the facility will arrange assistance from the Guardianship Board.

Privacy and Dignity
Residents’ privacy and dignity is recognised and respected at all times.
Management reserves the right to instruct staff to enter your room at any time in order to carry out cleaning, maintenance and occasional safety inspections, or if management and staff are concerned for a resident’s wellbeing.
